Terrible joke is terrible. Not the most hilarious of jokes but I just wanted to see Ivorii be cute with an Eevee. X3 I had this idea the other and for a while I've been meaning to draw Ivorii with her own team of Pokemon. This is the closest I've gotten.
Poor Ivorii though, she doesn't realize that Pokemon are only capable of saying their own names. (With the exception of Meowth.)
